Healthy Change

image002Welcome to being all that you can be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This is the start to a roadmap of health to assist you in living life to the fullest now and beyond. We will cover choices, beliefs and tools you can use! You are about to change your life and I am so excited for you!

You may not feel unhealthy, but you could be in a state of limbo and from there it can be a slippery slope to disease. Here is where we get to choose to improve no matter where we start. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Know that you may have resistance and there are many ways we can deny and procrastinate. Making the decision to be willing to change is the first step. Health is the greatest wealth.

First we need to believe we are worthy. We create beliefs and opinions based on the programming we received as children, our environment, and our experiences. When we forgive our past we have a much brighter future. We all have choices that affect what is going on internally and externally. As we heal our feelings we can dissolve unhealthy patterns. We need to feel to heal. A thought happens before an emotion. Are you spending your day thinking about your hopes, dreams, wishes and goals, or on the problems and negative points of the day? As we clear out the old and what is not working, we are able to create the life we want. Visualize the energy field around you and oceans of abundance. What you put out is what you will get back.

At the center of our soul is our connection to the Devine. When we are connected we lower cortisol, stimulate para sympathetic nervous system which is the rest and repair part and relaxes us which then heightens our intuition, better digestion and assimilate foods which encourages weight balance, sleep. It is so true that our bodies are our temple’s and taking care of ourselves emotionally and physically is the best way to thrive. We were born perfect. It is the input we receive which shapes our hopes, dreams, values and opinions.

Happiness

A new study published in JAMA Surgery found that unmarried people have a 40 percent higher chance of a negative heart surgery outcome. When you have meaningful connections with friends and family, your body reacts in positive ways so. Investing time in relationships is just as important as work and exercise. Doing work you love and celebrating your successes release endorphins to make the days enjoyable and keep negative stress away.  Rejoice in others’ good fortune and more will be added to you. People ache for great listening, it is one of the single best things you can do to cultivate flourishing relationships. Positive emotions like purpose, optimism, and related activities like smiling and laughter produce very real rewards just like the rewards we get from eating healthy foods. It is said that laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on a rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike, and it’s free!
