I used to be fat, depressed and desperate.

Back in 2003 I went through a cancer journey and just 3 months early walked through a serious recuperation from an accident with my husband (boyfriend at the time). Those two events combined triggered a series of health problems…

  • My body ballooned to 170 pounds
  • Every day I was exhausted
  • I couldn’t seem to get out of bed but…
  • I couldn’t sleep either
  • We were heart sick
  • We felt hopeless physically, mentally, spiritually, financially

The medical profession was not able to assist. Their answer was to prescribe pills, utilize willpower, or use an outdated nutritional program. Out of this dark pit of sadness came hope in the form of better eating which really was about lifestyle choices.

The more we learned about and practiced healthier habits things improved everywhere. I lost 32 lbs and my husband lost over 150 never to be found again! We dropped medications for depression and diabetes and now I am off all medications including thyroid which I had taken for over 30 years. I no longer give myself a Vitamin B shot every 5 days for energy and my hot flashes although they still exist, are now a non-event!

When you think and focus predominantly on what you love and want to create, then you expand your awareness and your results become more satisfying.

  • What picture are you holding?
  • How can you Be instead of Do?
  • What are you willing to create?
  • Ask yourself, where do I need to put my awareness today?
  • What would it take for me to have ease and clarity with all of this?
  • What energy, space and consciousness can I be to create more money than I could even consider possible with ease today.
  • Where in my life can I fly through the smoke screen of impossibility?
  • What results will this create for me?
  • If I choose this, what would my life be like in 5 years?
  • What action can I choose today that would be a contribution?
